Our commitment is that each product and service offered to our company's customers is conform to all applicable regulatory requirements and with the principles and guidelines of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) to ensure a "fitness for use" expected by our customers' contractual expectations.  

NextPharma conducts its business in accordance with the relevant global regulatory requirements, including European Directives 2001/83/EC and 2003/94/EC, code of federal regulations parts 210 and 211 and other global territory regulatory guidance.
