NextPharma sells logistics arm to Cencora as part of plan to position NextPharma as Europe’s leading pure-play CDMO
2nd December 2025 – NextPharma, a leading European pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organisation (“CDMO”), is pleased to announce that it has completed, as planned, the sale of its healthcare logistics services business, NextPharma Logistics GmbH, to Cencora, Inc., a global pharmaceutical solutions organisation.
