Inauguration of NextFly in Limay: a major milestone for NextPharma
The NextPharma site in Limay has reached a decisive stage with the inauguration of NextFly, its new liquid manufacturing unit. This event marked a key moment for our company and for the region.
A collective inauguration
Clients, industrial partners and institutional representatives came together to celebrate this ambitious project and to discover the new production facility. The day was punctuated by speeches, the traditional ribbon-cutting, a tour of the unit and warm exchanges with our teams.
This mobilisation reflects the collective dynamic that made NextFly possible:

support from public authorities, notably through the France 2030 programme,

renewed trust from our clients and partners,

and the daily commitment of our 200 employees.
An ambitious industrial project
Backed by an investment of €9 million, including over €1 million in public support via France 2030, NextFly was completed in record time : less than 18 months.
This new unit represents:

1,000 m² of additional production areas,
-
the ability to double our annual capacity, from 35 to over 75 million packs,
-
strengthened expertise in non-sterile liquid forms,
-
and a direct contribution to French and European pharmaceutical sovereignty, by supporting the relocation of essential medicines.
A strategic lever for the future
As Bertrand Piha, Site Director at Limay, recalled:
“NextFly is a major step forward for Limay and for NextPharma: an ambitious industrial project, a lever of national sovereignty and a concrete commitment to public health.”
But this project is only the beginning. Further investments are already underway to expand our capacity, modernise our tools and make Limay a European benchmark for non-sterile liquid forms.

This inauguration illustrates, more than ever, the strength of cooperation between our employees, our partners and public institutions. NextFly is at once an industrial success, a human adventure and a symbol of confidence in the future.
